Our Power Amplifier Module, also known as PA Module, is a RF power amplifier with great performance. It can reach the working frequency of LTE/NR Frequency, which is very powerful. In terms of size, it is 80x50x16mm, and the working voltage can be either 12V or 28V. The passband ripple can reach as low as 2.0dB, and the working current should be less than 0.8A.
